Past Bald Mountain is the waterfall. Ngao waterfall is about 13 kms south of the town. Tha famous Komasum Orchid is found here, this orchid is only found in Ranong. The falls are also famous for a new species of fresh water crab called "PU CHAO FA" or the Princess Crab. It is a very unique looking crab, very different from other fresh water crabs.These falls are fantastic, they can be seen from BURMA and the island's.
